Suggest Remedy For Dry Bump On Finger

Hi I cut my finger a few years ago and when it was healing I caught it a few times.it healed but has formed a dry bump, which I have trimmed down with nail clippers over the years but it just comes back. Why is this, what could it be and most importantly how do I get rid of it once and for all?Thanks.

hi u probably having some granuloma at the site of trauma.
steroids work in such condition if its a newly form granuloma.in ur case it's an old granuloma so topical steroids wouldn't work.try intraleisonal steroid.or remove it surgically.thanks.
