Hi there. The skin might be painful around the scrotum(the skin over your testes) if there's an infection there which leads to small cuts.
Mostly it is going to be a
fungal infection which occurs on the scrotum and the thighs adjacent to the scrotum.
Firstly you might want to ditch your briefs and wear boxers or boxer briefs which avoid friction in that area between your scrotum and thighs and also absorbs sweat from there.
Secondly , you'll need to apply an antifungal cream/ointment there for a few days.
Itchguard should be easily available and if not ask for any generic antifungal or a combination of antifungal and antibacterial cream.
Here's what you need to do.
1)avoid using a harsh soap for your genitals and stop itching/scratching as much as you can
2)After bath , dry area properly either under a fan or a dryer.
3) apply cream over the affected area twice a day - once after your morning bath and once in the evening preferably after washing the area with a mild soap n water.
4)First 2 weeks apply the cream twice a day and after that , use a dusting powder like Candida or any easily available dusting powder after your morning bath and wash in the evening followed by the antifungal cream/ointment.
Continue for at least 2 to 3 months for a good result.
As the area tends to be moist due to sweat, it is a bit difficult to actually get rid of it in a short time.
Hoping this helps.
