Suggest Remedy For Dull Pain In And Around The Testicles

I have gone to doctor and urologist. I have a dull pain in/around my right testicle. I have been checked for prostate problems; I am a healthy 59 year old. My testicles have been examined with an ultrasound...but nothing came back negative. I have been taken naproxen and ibuprofen to no avail; I have taken meds just in case I have an infection. Nothing has affected the dull pain that sometimes comes and sometimes goes. The urologist says it may just be something I have to live with, kind of like an otherwise healthy person who gets migraines once in a while. Can you offer some insight? Thanks, MP

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Experiencing dull pain in and around testicles could be due to mechanical factors.
It would be better to rule out 'varicocele' or 'hydrocele'. Kindly get an ultrasound scan of the scrotum to rule out this condition.
In case your ultrasound report is normal, it would be better to take a course of antibiotics.
Kindly take Tablet. Levofloxacin 500mg once a day for 10 days along with Vitamin E capsules once a day for 15 days.
In the meantime, you can continue to take Tablet.Ibuprofen 400mg after food for control of pain. You need to drink good quantities of water.
Give adequate scrotal support to prevent testis from sagging down due to gravity.
