I am a 49 year old female. I do have eczema on the back of my neck but over the past 2 months I have had a red itchy and sometimes flaky scalp on the front top part of my head. I have noticed hair loss over the past year but just thought it was due to perimenopause.The hair loss is only on the top part of my head. I don't think it is eczema bc it doesn't respond to cortizone cream. I have very fine hair to begin with. I tried changing my shampoo to a natural shampoo and head and shoulders clinical strength shampoo. It has helped with the the flakiness but still it is itchy and red. Not sure what the problem could be...

What do you suggest??
