Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have elephantiasis. It is caused by microfilaria. You should take anti filarial medicine like ivermectin and albendazole. Avoid fatty food. Surgery is helpful in large size leg but multiple surgery with skin grafting is needed.
