General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms are due to anxiety or panic attack. I would suggest you to continue your prescription drug for anxiety. I would suggest you to get counselling with your psychologist to let out your feelings and thoughts or talk to a trusted friend or relative. Mind relaxation techniques are also useful.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
