Suggest Remedy For Elevated Liver Enzymes

Hi my husband is 32 years old. Last year, in March, he lost 12 kg and was found to have high blood sugar levels and also elevated liver enzymes (SGOT, SGPT, ALP, and GGT). Now his SGOT and SGPT are normal, but he continues to have elevated ALP of 303 and GGT of 667. Right now his sugar is under control and he has gained some weight as well. His current weight is 57 kg and his height is 5'8".

if all above results negative then
advice:

- NO red meat
- vegetables should be ingested daily
- Moreover, less activity should be carried out (no sports).
- use lemon juice (lemonade) once in a day
- walk 30 to 40 minutes everyday.
- or swimming is alternative to walking
- NO sports and NO jogging
-"recheck liver enzymes after 6 to 8 weeks".
