Suggest Remedy For Erectile Dysfunction And Premature Ejaculation

Hi every one , Im 27 years old Male , Long time im suffering from erection problem . Let me clear my self first Untill age 26 i mastubate alot, Like twice daily for everyday. After 2015 NY resolution i masturbate once every 4 to 5 days When i masturbate my erection is strong and great could hold up to 5 - 10 mins long and my morning erection are so strong but when it comes to sex with good looking girl which is one of my co-worker . I cant able to develop erection . not for the first time, this happens everytime. i ejaculate very soon too I don t know whats wrong with me. Even she tried to touch my genital such as oral, hand job etc etc , i wont be able to erect not a bit and im so embarrassed , this happen every time when we try to have sex from beginning but when it comes to masturbate its vice versa for me . Recently i had a pain in my right lower abdomen and testicles when after i masturbate . anybody please help out whether am i suffering from Impotence or Erection Dysfunction or anything? any other way can i able to again my erection back in sex by performing any exercise or taking supplements ?
