Suggest Remedy For Erectile Dysfunction Caused By Testicular Atrophy

Hello Dr. I have had a noticeable testicular atrophy that has been taking place over the last few months/weeks. My right testicle has become roughly 2/3 to 1/2 the original size and more spongy, while the left testicle has shrunken slightly but stayed firm. I do not have issues with erectile dysfunction, nor am I on any medication. I am a healthy in shape 21 year old college student. Why is this happening to me? P.S. I have not grown much facial hair or bulked out as most of my peers have, maybe a testosterone deficiency? Thank you

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted that your testicles are getting smaller and have less facial hair growth.
This could have occurred due to testicular torsion in past or due to viral infection like that of mumps.
Get a color Doppler done with ultrasonography.
Get testosterone checked.
Consult an Urologist.
Get the diagnosis and get started on proper replacement if required.
Keep a regular review .
I find this answer helpful
