Suggest Remedy For Erectile Dysfunction

I have sexual problem my penis is 3.5 inches long now before it was 6 inches long my wife gets cross as i cant have sex and sometime it stands but soft but at time I have sex but it sacks in the middle. I got Diabetes but around 8 to 12 moles. my right ankle is fractured but please advice which treatment I should used to have sex successfully

Your size of penis is quite good so nothing to worry about this problem.
The problem of having erectile dysfunction might be due to diabetes.
There might be having some psychological factor like anxiety and false fear of getting your penile erection loose during sex.
This feeling further aggravates your problem.
So forget all theses type of psychological problems and concentrate your mind in sex only which will give you strong erection and enjoyment of sex.
If require take Tab Viagra after consulting your doctor.
Take high nourishing diet.
Control diabtes.
