General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Erectile dysfunction can be related to different possible causes :(1) problems with blood supply to the genitals
(2)nerve supply
(3)hormonal
(4)psychological

Smoking can affect blood supply so you may want to consider decreasing this if possible.

Your doctor can do blood tests to see if there are any hormonal causes that need correction.

I hope this helps
