Sir i am male 29 year old , i am suffering from sex problem, while doing sex with my girlfriend, in first stage penis get normal erection and me and my girlfriend enjoy it , but i ejeculate after 5 - 10 minutes only, while my girlfriend didn t, it doesn t occour always, at certain occasions I ejeculate after more then 20-30 minutes. But once I ejeculate I didn t get erected again for another intercource, while my girlfriend is always ready

you have been having regular erections and intercourse but you ejaculate too early and your girlfriend is left unsatisfied. There are some medications that can take you longer to have orgasms they are called SSRIs or prozac. These medication interfere with the orgasms centers in the brain and cause prolongation of orgasms. you will need to see your medical provider to prescribe this to you.

You may also try using condoms to reduce your sensitivity or use a lotion that will reduce your sensitivity too.
