Suggest Remedy For Excess Craving For Sweets

I have fibro Myalgia, and my weight has increased way too much in the last 9 months. I appetite is intensley set on sweets. If I do not have something swwet, it's like Jeckle & Hyde! I feel tired and weak, which has increased over the past month, I'm irritable, depressed ( am treated for depression) more than usual, my body aches are 24/7, I'm either too hot or too cold, my memory seems cloudy at times, etc. I am pre-menauposal, I have had a hystorectomy about 20 years ago, and my depression has been treated for the last 10 years with Nefazodone. So ??

I advice your to consult dietician and get in to everyday exercise regime.
Sugar intact should avoided and dietician help in providing the alternative of this.
Try to socialize and do group exercise. That will keep you motivated.
