Suggest Remedy For Excess Phlegm In Throat And Bubbling In Stomach

I have phlegm in my throat constantly having to clear it the color is white .. Also I have a pulsing feeling in my stomach and I get headaches when I try to eat .. I feel really sick when I wake up. I notice I get fevers of 99 outta nowhere getting the chills .. I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis 3 days ago and been taking azithromycin it s cleared the chest aching but I still have excess phlegm that bothers me in my throat and bubbling in my stomach. I kinda loss my appetite . Any idea on what I could have ?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Acute upper respiratory tract infections (cold/flu) can cause increased production of mucus.

This would also cause the loss of appetite, headaches and fever that you are experiencing.

The use of a mucolytic (medication to break up the mucus) and a decongestant (to reduce the nasal secretions that may go into the back of the throat), may help.
