Suggest Remedy For Excess Pimples On Face And Nose

So I ve been growing a painful deep pimple on my f as ce my nose and I pissed it with a needle and found that there is nothing in it but it s extremely deep with a lot of space to move around freely. Is this normal and what do I do about it? On the outside it looks fairly normal but it s hard and painful to touch.

I have gone through your query and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns.
What is ur age?For how long u are suffering from it? Any other associated problem? like diabetes or any hormonal imbalance?
Before suggesting you anything it is important first to diagnose it. is it ACNE VULGARIS or something else? You need to pay at least a single visit to the DERMATOLOGIST so that you can be managed appropriately.
If it is ACNE VULGARIS then there are very good treatment options like ACCUTANE. do discuss that...
Meanwhile stay calm and dont apply anything to it before actually diagnosing it . Do not put needle in it . It will cause secondary infection too
