Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My child has started vomiting last night, and since then (now almost noon) she can not keep anything down (I have tried 1tbs of Pediatric electrolyte in about every 10 minutes, or Gravol, candy, she can not keep down anything). She is very white, and has not go to the washroom to pee since last night. What else should I try, how long should I wait to see a doctor. She is sleeping now. She does not have fever.
Possible intestine infection, appendicitis, or other issues. If after giving two doses of gravel, vomiting continues or no pee for more then eight hours, immediate attention to the emergency is mandatory.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
