Suggest Remedy For Excessive Dandruff And Boils On Shoulder

My wife (age 32 yrs) is suffering rom sever dandruff. She sheds large flakes of dead cells.... Can you suggest a suitable treatment for the problem?
She has recently developed boils on her right shoulder, which she fears is beacuse of excessive falling of dandruff and spreading of infection. Pls advise accordingly.
