hi For losing weight one has to adopt certain diets which help reduce weight in gradual process along with exercises. If you consult a dietician, he shall guide you in a systematic way with food stuffs popular in your country and which may reduce fat. There is general rule to avoid high caloric and high fat diet, diet rich in fibres is advised like green leafy vegetables and fruits, and certain bulky stuff to reduce hunger and produce false satiety, this stuff is not absobed in body and makes one eat less.Exercises in any form ike long walks, jogging, swimming, cycling is good. One should be cautious to reduce weight gradually spread over months instead of drastic cut as can be dangerous to loose fat too quickly, which can produce weakness and ilness best wishes
