Once a day I get this excruciating pain in the same spot in my leg. It's very intense and sudden and it feels like I'm being electrocuted. It usually only lasts 10-15 seconds and then it goes away, but during that time it is incapacitating. It seems to occur after sitting or laying down for some time. It has never occurred while standing or walking. I've had it on the same spot on both my legs. The pain runs the length of my leg, from my knee to my ankle, just outside of my shin.
