Suggest Remedy For Extreme Gas Problem, Diarrhea And Vomiting

Hello, sir I am 23 years old. I have a problem regarding gas and vomiting. Whenever I travel from one place to other place, it is very usual that I can not have food on right time. Most of the time I experienced that after not taking food for 5 to 6 hours, whenever I reach to destination I feel hungry and after taking food I usually vomit and it takes long time like 1 week to recover. In addition to this, insufficient sleeping causes loose motion. This is a very big problem to me. I have never seen any other people suffering like me only due to vomiting gas problem.. Sir I need a strong help from you. Presently I have been suffering since last month and I consulted 4 doctors they gave medicines and it took time to recover but traveling due to training in a company in which i am working brings the same problem again. Recently , I had been taking OMEZ-D tablets for last 10 days. it seemed to have perfectly working but due to some work pressure I could not take the medicine for two days resulting acidity and loose motion with semi solid stool to cause. Right now I am under medication and taking tablets CYCLOPAM, PANTOMAX-D, CIPLOX-TZ. My question is are those tablets will be suitable for me? and What should I do TO get rid of this kind of problem permanently?? Please Help!!

Hi,

Read your history. definitely I can understand you are going through the time. I feel that for your problem, first of all, you need to change your lifestyle. focus more on eating fruits, vegetables especially green leafy vegetables. drink at least 2-3 liters of water per day.

Take less of tea and coffee and less of spicy and oily food.make sure that there is a gap of at least 2 hours between your dinner and sleeping. avoid smoking and alcohol intake.

Try to find some time for exercise- walk or aerobics. do not take the stress. even when you are traveling try to have small frequent bland meals so that you do not get the symptoms.

You can continue pantomax-d also if you need it. However if the symptoms do not improve then you need to go for some investigations- complete blood count, liver function tests, helicobacter pylori, ultrasound abdomen, and finally upper GI endoscopy. this will give us the exact diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Milinda Gupta
