Suggest Remedy For Extreme Headaches
hello! I have had extreme headaches late last summer until now and where it makes most evil is behind the left ear and left back of the head. sometimes it is more or less, and once it is, I get really hot and sweaty. even my baled has become worse. what could it be?

one can be trigeminal neuraligia in which pain is so sever and shooting like in one side with hot feeling. It can be treated by mazetol and if needed some surgical intervention by neurosurgeon or ENT surgeon.
Second possibility is migraine. In which two types of treatment. One is primary prophylaxis like propranolol, flunarizine or amitryptiline to be taken daily for preventing headache to occur.Secondary prophylaxis is medicine taken when you start feeling headache like NSAIDS medicines or triptan(Nasal Spray also available).
Third possibility is Cluster headache in which treatment is more or same like migraine.
Headache is caused by hundreds of reasons according to age, sex and physical make up.
Your vision, blood pressure and physical examination needed for diagnosis and then specific treatment can be given.
