I appreciate your concern for your beloved sister.

Sorry to know that she is suffering from joint pains.
Since how long she is suffering from this problem?
Is she having morning stiffness and for how long?
Kindly upload the lab tests.

Raised ESR with generalized joint pains is suggestive of some inflammatory joint conditions like rheumatoid arthritis.

I would advise her to get the arthritis profile (C Reactive protein, Rheumatoid factor, Anti nuclear antibodies, Anti CCP antibodies, etc) then consult a rheumatologist for proper evaluation.

Drugs like Methotrexate or Hydroxychloroquine are effective if the condition is diagnosed to be rheumatoid arthritis.
