Suggest Remedy For Extremely Painful, Hardened Clump Of Stool Stuck In Anal Area

I have a clump of stool, which appears to have hardened, stuck to my outer anal area, this has happened before once and my doctor removed it for me (I thought it was a hemmorhoid), but its extremely painful to try to remove and I have no idea what to do!
