Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per your case history, you are having alopecia areata. My treatment advice is - 1. Take a good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk. 2. Apply a Tacrolimus 0.03% ointment twice daily on it. 3. Take an iron supplement and vitamin B12 supplement once daily for 3 months. 4. Other treatment options are oral steroids like Prednisone or Betamethasone taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Harshit Bhachech
