Suggest Remedy For Facial Scars Post Injury

Hi doctor, I met with an accident recently and had some bruises on my face. I was told to use t bact ointment and it had worked well too. Now I m left with some scars over my lip area and nose. Even after applying t bact I can not see visible improvement in my scars .so Is it still doing good?? Or else u recommend me any remedy to cure it faster. THANK YOU Age 25/female

Hi!! T bact is an antibiotic cream which wont be effective in reducing the scars. For scar reduction you can use cream containing tretinoin on the scars at night. You can use this for 4-6 weeks.This will help in reducing them but for better outcome you can consider laser treatment or microneedling.
