Welcome to Health care magic. Thank you for posting your question.
I can understand your concern.
You see, we cannot just get rid off the fat from a particular portion of the body selectively. You need an overall reduction of body weight. The fat in the hips will go off if you follow a strict routine.
Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals ,
proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.
It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day. Yes you can practice jumping rope.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
