Hi. I have been unwell for a few months. My symptoms are fatigue, sore muscles, weakness and loss of appetite. I have tenderness on my upper right abdomen and a burning type pain on my upper left abdomen. I have just started in the last few weeks getting pain in my right shoulder and frequent thirst and hunger even though I don t feel like eating. Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Pain in upper abdomen and burning sensation could be due to gastroesophageal reflux (GERD). Pain associated with GERD can radiate to right shoulder. Associated weakness and loss of appetite are serious symptoms. I suggest you to consult your gastroenterologist for clinical assessment and examination of the esophagus and stomach by endoscopy.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
