Hi,

It is important to get basic blood work-up done to make a list of possible underlying causes of fatigue. You can request a complete blood picture to rule out possible anemia, which is mostly presents as fatigue and the cause of anemia requires detailed evaluation in the males over the age group of 50. In addition, other possible causes of chronic fatigue includes low vitamin B levels. The energy release and producing mechanism requires vitamin B to run efficiently. Consider adding over the counter vitamin B complex supplement to your daily routine if the blood test results show normal findings to combat symptoms of fatigue.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
