General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms could be related to stress regarding the assisted reproductive technique. Do not be always preoccupied with the procedure. At present you do not need any medications. Talk to someone who is close to you or others who have gone through the procedure. You can also go for a short term counselling to relieve your anxiety and fear.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
