Suggest Remedy For Fever And Urine Infection

My son is 18 years old and have a 100.0 fever yesterday all day. He didn t eat or drink either. Today he went to see his doctor. They run a urine test and they found rubber(from his liver) in the urine. The doctor ordered a lab work. I am so scare hopping that it s nothing serious
