On my utrasound result doctor said I have cyst in wall of my uterus and fibroids in my uterus everytime I have menstrual period I have pain in lower abdominal/lower back pain/if I'm full I released my bowel my gynecologist suggest to have hysterectomy to remove the pain I'm 45 age now can you help to avoid surgery thanks
