Suggest Remedy For Floaters And Flashes Of Light In Vision

I just experienced something with my left eye.at first I thought it was both eyes because all of a sudden there was something like broken pieces of glass moving around in front of me.later it seemed to move more to the left side so I covered my left eye and the right was okay. Then something like the outline of stairs was flashing at the top of my vision.it was bright whereas the glass was like glass.by then the movement was mostly in the outside corner of the eye and I couldn t discern any form. Then the flashing went away and after the other movement. It lasted about 15 minutes. Any ideas? I have my eyes checked regularly.i am 71 years old.i have glasses but wear them mostly for reading.email...djlamb2@ Yahoo.ca
