Suggest Remedy For Flu Symptoms With Intense Cramping And Diarrhea

I woke up today, after a day of intense cramping (from period and IUD), with green, grey, blackish diarrhea and non stop vomiting. I think it's an obvious infection of some kind. Could the IUD he related? I'm also weak, lightheaded, basically all over flu feeling. Should I go to a doctor?
