Slight variation in the blood pressure is normal depending on the physical activity of the body. It also gets changed with emotional feelings. If the variation is quite significant that its going out of the normal range of blood pressure then I would advise you to visit a physician / cardiologist after getting an ECG / EKG done for irregular heart beat.
