Suggest Remedy For Fluctuating BP With History Of PoTS
I have been diagnosed with POTS, fighting high blood pressure spikes and very low dips. Very inconsistent. I take propranolol but only 40 MG a day. Yesterday my blood pressure stayed at 86/63 all day. Today I spiked some and even went to 112/54 with very slow pulse of 56. Any advice or concern?

The situation of the blood pressure is low you can low the dosage to the minimum and also if it's high double it. However, I suggest to first discuss with your doctor for every change in the treatment.
