Suggest Remedy For Freezing Cold Caused By Excessive Pain

My 45 year old son had major ontolarygology surgery which removed cheek , part of jaw ,lymph nodes, parotid gland. 3 weeks ago. His face filler is not healing very well but my concern now is he is is freezing cold and can t stay awake This is for the past30 hours or so . We are concerned since he has been feeling well up until yesterday. He is taking major pain medication Thank you YYYY@YYYY

It is possible that he may have an infection. Chills can accompany fever and this may be the reason he is feeling cold. Infection can also cause increased drowsiness and therefore his problem in staying awake.

He should go to his doctor for assessment as soon as possible so that treatment can be initiated.
