I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and my legs and thighs and feet are always freezing in spite of very heavy wool socks. I also get fatigued easily. I am proactive in my health care and sometimes figure out what's wrong before my Internist does. I am 73 years old and in the past year my health has gotten much more problematic. I exercise (walking, tai chi) but I have severe osteoporosis and I also have painful lower back , especially in the sacral area for which I wear a corset because my tailbone is sticking out of place. Any advice?
