Suggest Remedy For Frequent Tremors In Hands And Muscle Twitching

I am taking cymbalta, wellbutrin, an gabapentin. Lately I have been getting mild tremors or jerking movements in my hands, first the left and then the right. I have noticed increase muscle twitches also. But the worse thing is when I am reclining, I get up feeling dizzy. As I start to walk my legs and arms are shaking. This doesn t happen all the time and I am trying to figure out what is causing as each time this has happened (roughly 5 times) because each time I have ended up falling down. Even if I am holding on to something.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the recurrent episodes of tremors in hands, muscle twitching and fall on the grounds indicate possible side-effects of certain medications as Wellbutin ( Duloxetine ) prescribed for another purpose.

* The Wellbutin is very well known for its variety of side effects , some of them are:

- light headache
- dizziness
- confusion
- muscle twitches
- sweating profusely
- others

* A detailed analysis of the neurologic system and adjustment of the
dose of wellbutin is strongly recommended.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
