Hello I have high metabolism and I want to try to gain weight, I read that by going to the gym you gain muscle mass and that could increase your weight, I've tried literally everything to gain weight but my body looks really bad, I tried going on specific diets to increase my weight but nothing happens. I saw something called Whey Protein, its like some sort of protein shake you take at breakfast and at dinner which is said to increase your weight so when you go to the gym you build muscle, is this true? Should I trust it?
