Suggest Remedy For Gaining Weight Fastly

I have always been super skinny. I will admit I live a hectic lifestyle and dont eat enough. I usually only eat once or twice a day. I rarely have an appetite. I want to gain weight weight and fast. What is the best supplement to help with my situation. I need to find a way to get my appetitie back and even then I need something I can take to rapidly increase weight gain. I am healthy and do excercise. Please help!

You may want to consider a supplement that would increase your appetite and also consider protein supplementation.

Weight gain can be achieved by increasing the calorie intake of meals. This means : (1)increasing the portion sizes of meals
(2)increasing the frequency of meals by adding high calorie snacks between main meals
(3)also increasing meal calorie value by adding oils/dressing etc to meals

Strength training would be the better exercise, bearing in mind that you would be losing calories when you do exercise.
