Suggest Remedy For General Weakness

Within 40-60 mins into a flight, I suddenly feel hot and immidiately loose conscious . After receiving oxygen, I partially revive, am violently sick, suffer total weakness and remain and need to be wheelchaired off plane. What can I do to avoid this. I have had 4 heart attacks, the last one 7 years ago and have 3 stents fitted.

Higher altitudes has oxygen issues and lead to hypoxia. as you have a cardiac history and that compromised the perfusion already, a little change in oxygen pressure around can cause severe hypoperfusion and that causes the syncope and unconsciousness.Get to a cardiologist and let them take care of you. you need help.
