Sir,I m 38 years old women, yesterday I had a giddness and I couldn t get up and sit for half an hour, then I consulted a physician,he has prescribed vertin-16 mg for 10 days. After taking first dose itself I started getting headache and I was feeling uncomfortable. Can I continue the medicine or stop taking?
Vertin is a medication that is used for vertigo. If you got a headache after taking it, it is possible that you are allergic to the medication or it is not suitable for you.
There is also a chance that you are dehydrated or anemic which is causing the giddiness in you. I recommend that you get your Complete blood count and do a Random blood Glucose test as well. If these are abnormal, I can get to the cause.
All the best and follow up as soon as possible. Hope this helps you
