Suggest Remedy For Gripping Chest Pain While Laying Down With Low Bp
I am having chest pain whenever i sit or lay down. It is worst if i sit or lay down shortly after standing up. I regularly have low bloodypreassure and tunnel vision when i stand up. Sitting down after such an event leads to pain in the form best described as someone gripping and pushing on my chest.

In my opinion you are having hypotension secondary to cardiac disease.
The reasons for this are
1. Left sided chest pain is sign of cardiac disease.
2. Tunneled vision due to postural hypotension on standing.
Both are seen in cardiac cause.
So get done ECG and 2D Echo to rule out cardiac cause.
So consult cardiologist and discuss all these.
