Suggest Remedy For Gum Recession.

Hello, yes you may answer a question for me. I desperately need to find out what is causing strange things going on in my mouth. I can see where my teeth on the top and bottom look as though they can come right through my gums at anytime. The gums are very thin. On the bottom of my mouth it looks as though the roots of my teeth are protruding outward away from the teeth. They are like big knots and are hard. I do not have bleeding gums, cavities or any type of discharge. My mouth never ever feels fresh, even after I brush, floss, and gargle with mouthwash. My mouth always has a salty, and rotten egg taste. It also feels dry sometimes. After I floss I can really taste that rotten egg flavor especially when I floss between the cap and the tooth where I had my root canal done a few years ago. There is even an odd taste in my throat that I can not get rid off. I have seen an ENT doctor about my throat and he could not find anything. I know that something is wrong because not ever being able to obtain a fresh mouth is not normal at all. I have had a halitosis test done and passed that with flying colors. I have also had the deep gum cleaning. I have seen 3 different dentist and an Periodontist and no one has a clue as to why am experiencing this. The medications that I am taking are: Ambien Omeprazole Benazepril Hydrocodone with acetaminophen Amlodipine Xanax These are the medication that I am currently on. I am 53 years old and have never had any kind of mouth disease. My teeth are beginning to gap and space. They have never been that way before. I have always had straight teeth. The alignment between the top and bottom teeth is off. When I close my teeth together they do not overlap but just meet together. It is difficult to chew at times, they are sensitive and I just can not stand for them to touch so I have purchased a dental guard to use. As far as my health is concerned, I have Lupus, Hypertension, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Depression, Raynaud s Disease and Migraines. Please help me in any way that you can. I have no idea what is going on and I have no idea what professional I need to seek help from. Thank you very much. Sincerely, Ms. Belton

You complain that rotten egg smell from your mouth and gingival recession in tooth.

Rotten egg smell may be because of gastrointestinal infection condition. Infection of H.pylori may cause rotten smell. Irritable bowel syndrom may cause this symptoms.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease may cause rotten egg like smell.
Because of this may cause erosion on tooth area.

In your tooth root area is expose it lead to sensitivity and site at which food can lodge.
Clean the surface by flosss daily.
Daily use chlorhexidine mouthwash.
Gargle with little salty warm water.That give relief in throat.

Brush you tooth at morning and night time.
Use Floss also.
Desensitized paste can use .

Avoid gaseous foods.Eat high fiber foods and drink more water.
Avoid stressful condition.
Take proper sleep.
For gastrointestinal infection stool examination test can do for further diagnosis.

After taking this much care still problem is present than meet general physician and for toothing problems meet periodotics.
