Hello, Sir i am 18 years old and i want some health tips sir before some years my face was bright and clean and was good in shape but now my face had became little darker and also shrinked in size and i have already started losing my hair. Sir, plz i need your help to maintain the beauty of my face and to keep it healthy......Sir give some tips to improve my whole body and look fit
Skin damage due to dun exposure and vitamin deficiencies is most common. For a good healthy and glowing skin, it is necessary to keep well hydrated, avoid direct sun exposure, using sunscreen every 2 hrs especially on stepping out of spf 30 and above. Vitamin C serum, skin creams containing Alpha or beta hydroxic acids or retinol will help.
Antioxidant, hormonal imbalances and vitamin deficiencies are the most common cause for dull hair and skin.
Regular exercise, well maintained balanced diet, avoiding harmful chemical products and also plenty of hydration is beneficial.
