Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
He may have some enlarged supraclavicular lymph node. It can be reactive lymph node, tuberculosis or lymphoma.
You should go for a course of antibiotics, if patient does not respond to treatment then biopsy diagnosis is advisable. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
