Suggest Remedy For Hard Lumps On Groin Vulva

Hi, last friday i found a small hard lump in my groin vulva area, it seemed to appear overnight, its underneath the skin and cant be seen from the surface, it seems like its connected to something yet its movable, its not painful or swollen or anything. Then yesterday i found a smaller yet similiar lump near it. Whats going on?

It may be a lymph node. It occurs on account of infection in its drainage area. As you have also told it in vulva, it may be bertholin cyst but it does not occur suddenly. It seems, that it is lymph node swelling. An antibiotic and and an antiinflammatory would certainly help.
