Suggest Remedy For Hard, Painful Bump Inside The Right Nostril
Hello I have a hard bump in my right nostril on the inside . My whole right side of my nose is swollen and hurts to touch my nose the pain in starting to go on the side of my nose near my eye and cheek it s giving me a head ache I don t think its a pimple because I don t see a head inside my nose and on the outside of my nose is red where the bump is . It s driving me crazy and I can t handle the pain anymore it s been there for 3 days and the heAd ache is killing me too
Your symptoms seem to be related to a foruncle which is an inflammation of the hair follicle. I suggest using warm compresses for local application. I also suggest to use an antibiotic cream such as Neosporin cream. I recommend to use anti-inflammatory medication such as Acetominophen to relieve the pain.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
