Suggest Remedy For Hashimoto Thyroiditis

Hello, I have have hashimoto thyroiditis and due to multiple tumors on my thyroid which some was precancerous I had a total thyroidectomy over 3 years ago and 2 of my parathyroids were disrupted my surgeon removed them from the tumor tissue and implanted them in a muscle in my neck every since my surgery I have been battling with getting my levels even close to normal. I am either way to high or way to low. I have been very close to being hospitalized due to thyroid storms and I am getting so frustrated and can't find anyone that can get me straight. I am either extremely exhausted freezing and over weight or I am sweating perfusly heart rate of 140 at rest able to lose weight extreme muscle pain through out my body and having sever palpitaions. I am getting so frustrate is it ever possible to get normal and stay normal? Is it possible to have a thyroid transplant?

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
I read carefully your query and understood your concern.
You didn' mention how the hormonal level (TSH, Ft4 and Ft3) has been during these years? Has it ever been normal?
If it hasn't been normal, did you change the dose every 6 weeks?
The only way to substitute the thyroid hormones after thyroidectomy is by taking it orally.
Thyroid transplant is not performed until now because it is much more easy to take 1 tablet orally than trying to envent a thyroid transplant.
Please attach the hormonal results and contact me again so we can try to find the proper dose.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
