I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Hay fever (allergic rhinitis) is a common allergic condition & The best way to treat an allergy condition is to identify the allergic trigger and avoid it. Common trigger factors are dust, pollen, mites, animal dung etc. Use of masks may be helpful.
Treatment is available in many forms including medications such as nasal sprays ( otrivin), Antihistamines drugs, decongestants, etc. Steam inhalation may also be helpful. Desensitization therapy (immunotherapy) may also be done in longtime chronic cases after allergy test.
Hope this information helps
